At Olo we develop an online food ordering platform used by many of the country’s largest restaurant chains, reaching millions of consumers. Chances are if you’ve ordered directly from a restaurant brand’s app or website, we’ve made that happen.
Olo’s Chief of Staff to the CEO will be responsible for leading corporate operations at Olo. Reporting to the CEO, this role will work closely with Olo’s CEO and leadership team to prioritize and execute on key company initiatives. In addition, the Chief of Staff will lead Olo’s Strategy & Operations Team – which includes strategic planning, corporate OKR management, and internal consulting. The ideal candidate will have a combination of analytical skills and strong EQ.
For this role, you will be required to work from our headquarters in NYC.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the nucleus of Olo’s leadership teams by executing on high-priority cross-functional projects and creating strong reporting frameworks for internal stakeholders and the Board.
- Support the CEO in daily activities, including preparing for customer meetings and managing internal operations.
- Operate as an advisor to the CEO on key strategic decisions.
- Serve as imprimatur to the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Olo’s CFO to lead the strategic planning process, inclusive of organizing offsites, creating an OKR process across the company, and creating clear reporting frameworks.
- Own the Board material creation process and work with Olo’s CEO to deliver clear reporting to Olo’s Board.
- Partner with Olo’s CRO and COO to coordinate efforts between the go-to-market and product teams.
- Lead all leadership team meetings at Olo, owning cadence, agenda, and action item tracking. Create scalable frameworks to hold Olo’s leadership accountable on action items following leadership meetings and offsites.
- Lead a team of project managers to help Olo execute on priority company initiatives. Coach the team on execution strategies in real-time to lead to positive outcomes for the business.
- Support Olo’s corporate development and M&A sourcing efforts working with Olo’s CEO and Head of Corporate Development.
- Support the Director of Corporate Communications on internal and external communications from the CEO and leadership team.
- Work with the CFO, CEO, and Head of Investor Relations on preparing for Earnings Calls and investor events.
What We’ll Expect From You
- 8+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or technology. A preference for experience in SaaS and/or the restaurant industry.
- Experience leading a team, preferably strategy or operations focuses.
- High EQ with the ability to develop meaningful and trustworthy relationships across the company.
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with senior executives teams and interacting with public boards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills

Compensation: Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $153,763 -220,449 annually, depending on the experience you bring and your location. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
