DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive execution of the Payments Business’s top priorities and strategic initiatives by coordinating across project teams to provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Structure and execute quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analyses to drive recommendations regarding new business, incremental investments, acquisitions, and changes in organizational structure or operating models, including analysis of operational and financial data. Create executive materials for management to use in communications with the Operating Committee and regulators and present findings. Conduct competitor and industry research leveraging public and non-public sources to identify market trends and developments to inform business unit and product strategy. Identify implications, insights, and significance of data and analysis to inform recommendations. Conduct internal and external interviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering (any) or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Transformation, Product Strategy Analyst, Business Analyst/Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering (any) or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Transformation, Product Strategy Analyst, Business Analyst/Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Establishing and executing business technology strategy for a bank, including IT financial management and enterprise architecture rationalization; Creating industry white papers and newsletters covering emerging technologies and their impact on financial services; Conducting market scans and competitor benchmarking efforts to identify partnership and product development opportunities; Developing go-to-market strategies for technology products in collaboration with C-suite and executive leadership; Performing impact assessments to identify risk and regulatory considerations and controls for new digital payments products; Executing large scale implementation programs for financial institutions by coordinating front to back testing efforts and go-live execution; Developing target state operating models within the financial services industry by conducting current state assessment and performing gap analysis with industry leading best practices and standards; and Microsoft Excel pivot tables.

Full-Time. Salary: $180,000 – $195,000 per year.
