Vice President Corporate Finance Team – London to Dubai


A specialist mid-market Corporate Finance adviser with global offices is looking to hire a Vice President to their Dubai office. The firm has veteran dealmakers, who are well versed in dealing with an international multi-billion dollar conglomerate, more entrepreneurial companies and financial sponsors. We are looking for outstanding candidates to join their unrivalled experienced Corporate Finance team who are looking to make a move from London to Dubai.


Qualifications:

ACA qualified
6-12 years experience in Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance (M&A team)/Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
Knowledge and experience with a background in the London/UK Market
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to initiate group marketing and client development efforts
Strong work ethic, organisational skills, and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial
Motivated, creative, outgoing and possess strong skills in financial analysis
