Job Description
AP Packaging is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to assist our Chief Executive Officer and ensure a smooth flow of communication between the executive and administrative teams. This person will work closely with other administrative staff to coordinate meetings, schedule travel, create and organize reports, manage events and projects as well as manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. The most successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about working with a fast-paced and high-level team.
Responsibilities:
- Create, organize, and manage all of the CEO’s projects and priorities.
- Manage each day’s schedule, meeting, or event arrangements.
- Handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Excel at writing emails, reports, and other documents.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and ensure his availability at all times.
- Meet with clients to negotiate contracts and arrange appointments for him.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment is set up for meetings; transcribe recordings of meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive administrative support and personal assistant roles.
- Strong proficiency in calendar management and phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in event planning, QuickBooks, and project coordination is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
