Position Overview
The Account Director for the Public Sector is responsible for leading propositions to an account, developing client relationships, and supporting the Lead Partner in achieving account objectives.

The role involves account management, client relationship building, and driving revenue through business development efforts. The candidate is expected to stay updated on public sector developments, participate in thought leadership, and facilitate communication within the team.

Key interfaces include the Lead Partner, client teams, and various teams within the organization. Competencies required include becoming a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to clients, driving value-added conversations, and being well-organized and flexible.

– Capability to lead virtual teams even without direct reporting authority.

Required Experience
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
– 9 years plus of work experience in a client-facing role within a high-productivity multinational or global organization.
– A minimum of 5 years plus of experience in a reputable consulting firm, involved in delivering consulting services.
– Strong background in the public sector, with a proven track record.
– Demonstrated consulting skills and expertise.
– Substantial experience in developing business strategies and business planning.
– In-depth knowledge of the Saudi public sector.
– A proven record of achieving business development success within a consulting or services context.
– Successful leadership of high-performance teams.
– Experience in winning and overseeing client relationships during the delivery of large-scale transformation projects.

Key Job Requirements:

• 9+ years of work experience in a client-facing role within a high-productivity multinational or global organization
• 5+ years of experience in a reputable consulting firm delivering consulting services
