Position: Regional Operations & Commercial Director – Middle East & India Location: Dubai As our Regional Director, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our success story, overseeing our hotels in the Middle East, India and UK, including managed and franchise properties. Your dynamic role will include Key Responsibilities: Drive day-to-day operations at our ME regional office with a small but talented support team. Provide strategic guidance to our managed and franchised properties, optimizing sales and marketing platforms. Foster strong relationships with hotel owners to ensure mutual success. Facilitate smooth openings of new properties, adhering to local laws, regulations, and brand standards. Develop revenue-exceeding strategies and cost-effective targets for the ME regional office and hotels. Engage in local sales and marketing activities, presenting updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with Head Office teams to implement pre-opening and business plans for all ME hotels. Lead meetings with stakeholders, developers, and pre-opening teams. Support the Development team in securing new hotel signings through presentations and owner meetings. Provide training and support to partners, maximizing revenue through our programs and platforms. Requirements: Proven hotel operational experience in the Middle East, with a focus on Dubai and Saudi.
