Lead and oversee the entire group financial reporting and consolidation process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and relevant industry standards. Develop and implement robust financial controls to safeguard the integrity of financial data and mitigate financial risks. Liaise and collaborate effectively with finance leaders at subsidiaries to gather information, address concerns, and ensure consistent reporting practices. Manage the process of closing the books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making for the company.
Key Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in finance function, specifically in reporting & consolidation (IFRS10)
- ‘BIG4’ background required
- ‘Qualified Finance professional’
- ‘Previous experience in natural resources, holding, infrastructure, Oil & Gas, energy’
