Role Overview

The Strategy Director will lead transformation strategy, owning the roadmap, benefits tracking, and the prioritization that keeps focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the transformation roadmap and sequencing.
• Build business cases with finance and owners.
• Track benefits realization against cases.
• Run the governance cadence with workstream leads.
• Manage interdependencies and risk escalation.
• Coordinate technology choices with the technology leadership.
• Report progress to the executive and board.
• Coach workstream leaders on case discipline.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in strategy or transformation leadership.
• Large-programme business case and value-tracking experience.
• Digital and operating-model transformation background.
• Consulting or transformation-office experience.
• Toronto-based; hybrid arrangements.
• Degree in business or technology; MBA a plus.
• Structured; persistent; politically astute.
