Role Overview

The Finance Director will own the finance function, leading project finance, controls, and the funder relationships that support the order book.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance: project controls, reporting, and treasury.
• Own cash management and collections discipline.
• Run bonding, guarantees, and banking facilities.
• Deliver project profitability reporting and forecasts.
• Own IFRS reporting and audit cycles.
• Support bids with pricing and cash models.
• Manage zakat, tax, and statutory obligations.
• Build the finance team’s project-controls skills.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in finance, with contractor or project-company experience.
• Project controls and cash management depth.
• Bonding and banking facility management.
• Saudi market experience; zakat and tax exposure.
• Recognized accounting qualification; degree in finance or accounting.
• Jeddah-based or ready to relocate.
• Arabic and English; firm on discipline.
