Role Overview

The Finance Director will lead the finance function, owning planning, project finance, and the controls that keep funders confident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team and function.
• Own project appraisals and funding structures.
• Run treasury, cash, and lender relationships.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Own investor and lender reporting.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in finance, with 5+ as finance director or head of finance.
• Real estate or project-based finance experience.
• Funding, treasury, and lender management.
• IFRS and audit leadership.
• Recognized accounting or finance qualification; degree in finance.
• Dubai-based; hybrid arrangements.
• Composure with capital; precision with numbers.
