Role Overview

The Executive Vice President will own a major part of the group’s operations — generation, networks, or new energy — setting strategy and delivering the investment programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the business unit’s strategy, capital plan, and performance.
• Lead large engineering and operations organizations.
• Deliver the capital programme on schedule and budget.
• Drive renewable integration and grid modernization.
• Own regulatory and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• 25+ years in energy or utilities, with 5+ at executive level.
• Leadership of major capital programmes.
• Grid, generation, or new-energy operating experience.
• Regulatory engagement credentials in regulated markets.
• Riyadh-based or ready to relocate.
• Degree in engineering; master’s preferred.
• Systems leadership; calm in a public spotlight.
