Role Overview

The Country Director will own the Saudi practice’s performance and growth, leading client relationships, delivery quality, and the nationalization agenda the market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Saudi P&L: revenue, margin, and collection performance.
• Lead partners, directors, and delivery teams across the practice.
• Develop executive relationships with government and giga-programme clients.
• Direct pursuit strategy for major engagements.
• Ensure delivery quality and risk management on client work.
• Drive Saudization, talent development, and capability building.
• Represent the firm with regulators and industry bodies.
• Contribute to regional strategy as a member of the leadership team.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in professional services, with 5+ leading a country practice.
• Trusted advisor to senior government and private-sector clients.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and Vision 2030 programmes.
• Proven practice P&L growth and client portfolio building.
• Strong talent-development and nationalization credentials.
• Degree in business, engineering, or finance; MBA preferred.
• Arabic and English fluency; executive presence.
