Role Overview

The Regional Director will hold regional P&L responsibility, leading country operations, major account growth, and the safety and service standards that define the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own EMEA revenue, margin, and safety performance.
• Lead country general managers and functional leaders.
• Grow major accounts across energy, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Direct capacity planning for people, plant, and technology.
• Embed industry-leading safety systems and culture.
• Open adjacent markets and service lines with disciplined cases.
• Own client relationships at executive level.
• Drive operational excellence, utilization, and cost control.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in industrial services, with 5+ at regional or multi-country level.
• Proven P&L leadership across borders and cultures.
• A visible personal commitment to safety leadership.
• Strong commercial instincts in contract services.
• Degree in engineering or business; a safety credential is a plus.
• London-based or willing to relocate; regular European travel.
• Clear, credible communication from site to boardroom.
