Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Exacta’s global sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize new international market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and clients across international markets.
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to refine sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with regional sales regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key business meetings worldwide.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in international sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
  • Strong understanding of global business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong preference for existing relationships within the international casino gaming space, with an emphasis on land-based operations
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones and travel internationally as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year
  • Multilingual skills are required, Spanish and preferably Portuguese.
