Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies for Dubai Islamic Bank’s corporate and SME banking divisions.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government entities, and fintech startups.
- Drive Islamic investment products, digital banking solutions, and corporate financing services.
- Lead B2B negotiations, structuring joint ventures, and managing high-value banking contracts.
- Collaborate with wealth management, digital banking, and risk management teams to design innovative banking solutions.
- Conduct market research, financial modeling, and competitor analysis to enhance business strategies.
- Support the bank’s Vision 2030 initiatives, focusing on Shariah-compliant financial growth and economic diversification.
- Oversee client acquisition, relationship management, and sales performance optimization.
- Represent Dubai Islamic Bank at finance summits, trade conferences, and business networking events.
- Stay updated on Islamic banking regulations, digital banking trends, and fintech innovations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Islamic Banking.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, financial services, or corporate banking.
- Strong expertise in Islamic banking, investment management, and financial regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech partnerships, digital banking solutions, or Shariah-compliant financial products.
- Deep understanding of GCC banking regulations and Middle East financial markets.
