Qatar Airways, one of the world’s leading airlines and aviation service providers, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive global expansion, corporate partnerships, and revenue growth. As Qatar Airways continues to lead in luxury air travel, cargo logistics, and digital transformation, this role will be responsible for developing high-value business deals, securing global partnerships, and optimizing airline operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation, corporate sales, or business expansion, with expertise in airline partnerships, travel technology, and revenue optimization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business expansion initiatives for Qatar Airways.
  • Identify and secure global corporate travel partnerships, airline alliances, and logistics clients.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with corporate customers, travel agencies, and global partners.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
  • Drive business development for Qatar Airways Cargo, increasing freight partnerships.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to refine business strategies.
  • Oversee loyalty programs, premium travel experiences, and corporate travel incentives.
  • Manage digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI-driven booking systems and data analytics.
  • Represent Qatar Airways at aviation summits, networking events, and corporate business forums.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, trade agreements, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or International Relations.
  • 7+ years of experience in airline business development, corporate sales, or aviation partnerships.
  • Expertise in airline industry trends, revenue management, and B2B travel solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cargo logistics, airline alliances, or aviation technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern aviation regulations and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital sales tools, and customer analytics.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural business skills.
