- Negotiate and manage B2B partnerships for corporate travel programs, freight services, and tourism initiatives.
- Work with marketing, finance, and operations teams to optimize sales channels and revenue streams.
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives, including AI-powered travel experiences and smart booking solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to refine business strategies.
- Drive sustainable aviation initiatives, securing partnerships in carbon offset programs and eco-friendly travel solutions.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and performance metrics for business growth.
- Represent Emirates Group at industry conferences, networking events, and business development summits.
- Stay ahead of global aviation trends, regulatory changes, and emerging travel technologies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or International Relations.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, airline sales, or logistics partnerships.
- Strong expertise in corporate travel, B2B sales, or aviation investment strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital travel solutions, air cargo logistics, or airline alliance management.
- Strong understanding of UAE’s aviation regulations, tourism economy, and international trade policies.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics, and revenue forecasting tools.
