Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives aligned with ADNOC’s business expansion and sustainability goals.
- Identify and secure global and regional partnerships in energy, petrochemicals, and emerging markets.
- Lead M&A transactions, infrastructure investment deals, and corporate joint ventures.
- Conduct market research, risk analysis, and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
- Support ADNOC’s investments in renewable energy, hydrogen, and decarbonization projects.
- Collaborate with government entities, financial institutions, and private investors to foster business growth.
- Oversee investment structuring, contract negotiations, and project financing to ensure strong returns.
- Represent ADNOC at industry summits, trade delegations, and business networking events to drive expansion.
- Work closely with engineering, financial, and regulatory teams to align business investments with national and international regulations.
- Stay informed about geopolitical, economic, and market trends affecting global energy trade and investments.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or investment management.
- Strong expertise in oil & gas, industrial projects, or energy transition initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public-private partnerships (PPPs), clean energy investments, or oil & gas M&A transactions.
- Strong knowledge of UAE’s economic diversification goals, investment policies, and industrial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and market forecasting.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with experience managing complex investment deals.
