  • Utilize digital sales tools, CRM platforms, and AI-driven analytics to improve sales performance.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Tesla’s sales team, ensuring high performance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive sales, fleet sales, or retail management.
  • Strong ability to develop sales teams and manage large-scale sales operations.

Preferred Qualifications
