Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing, supply chain, and operational efficiency projects across Nestlé’s global network.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Work with engineering, logistics, and production teams to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders to optimize resources.
- Utilize data analytics and digital project management tools to improve processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and operational processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain project management.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in automation, IoT-based manufacturing, or supply chain transformation.
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and digital supply chain tools.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
