Our mission is to strategically invest in Dubai’s real estate market, maximizing returns for investors. With an ambitious goal of raising $100 million within the next 12 months and scaling to $1 billion within 3 to 5 years, we are expanding our leadership team to drive this vision forward.
To support our growth, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy, optimizing fundraising efforts, and ensuring financial stability for the fund.
Role Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be at the forefront of financial strategy and investor relations, ensuring that financial data, forecasts, and reports are compelling, accurate, and aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Working closely with the CEO and key stakeholders, you will help secure investments, optimize financial performance, and position the fund as a leading player in Dubai’s real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Investment Reporting
- Develop and maintain investment reports and financial models that provide critical insights into fund performance.
- Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Structure and optimize the fund’s financial operations to ensure sustainability and investor confidence.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead fundraising efforts to raise $100 million within 12 months, scaling to $1 billion in the next few years.
- Prepare and present financial reports, fundraising dossiers, and investment proposals to attract investors.
- Communicate financial data in a persuasive and strategic manner to secure capital commitments.
- Respond to investor inquiries with clarity, ensuring financial transparency and confidence.
Financial Structuring & Compliance
- Develop and execute financial strategies, investment structures, and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai’s financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards.
- Optimize financial operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and fund performance.
Leadership & Business Growth
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to drive the company’s financial vision.
- Provide expert financial guidance to support key business decisions.
- Oversee financial operations to maintain long-term growth and financial sustainability.
Candidate Profile:
Experience & Expertise:
- 10+ years of experience as a CFO, preferably in investment funds, real estate, or financial services.
- Proven track record in fundraising, with expertise in structuring and securing investment rounds.
- Strong financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and business planning skills.
- Experience working in Dubai’s real estate investment sector is a must.
