Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Fintech & SaaS | Dubai or Cyprus

Centroid Solutions, a leading financial technology solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy and execution. Headquartered in Dubai, Centroid Solutions operates in over 40 countries, serving financial institutions, broker-dealers, and neo-banks with a cutting-edge B2B SaaS model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainable growth.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Establish and track key financial and commercial KPIs, aligning them with business goals.
• Lead business planning, financial analysis, and risk management to support expansion and scalability.
• Take on operational oversight, working closely with the CEO and key departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, audits, and internal controls.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring strong financial governance.
• Support investment decisions, mergers, and acquisitions to drive business expansion.
• Optimize cost structures and financial efficiencies across various business functions.
• Foster a data-driven decision-making culture, leveraging financial insights to guide company strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in SaaS or fintech companies.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses and financial planning for high-growth organizations.
• Strong experience in business planning, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on, strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in financial compliance, audits, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CFA or CPA qualification is preferred.
