Accounts Payable Manager

Location: Remote | Full-time

Job Overview:

A leading wellness holdings company is hiring an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee vendor invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments. This role ensures accurate financial transactions, resolves discrepancies with suppliers, and maintains efficient communication with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve Operation, Inventory, and Construction invoice payments.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and timely processing across multiple systems.
  • Resolve supplier discrepancies and build strong vendor relationships.
  • Manage inquiries to ensure invoices are processed per company standards.
  • Identify missing invoices and ensure they are recorded before month-end.
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements and generate reports.
  • Oversee vendor setup and maintenance procedures.
  • Assist in the annual 1099 process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with BeanWorks/Sage Intacct preferred.
