📍 Hybrid Role: Must be able to work from our NYC office 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday).
Role Overview
As a Procurement & Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll oversee procurement processes, supplier management, and accounts payable operations. You’ll collaborate with key business functions, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence in vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Procurement & Vendor Management – Manage supplier relations, contract reviews, and negotiations.
🛒 Purchase Order Processing – Oversee purchase requisition approvals and invoice verification.
💰 Accounts Payable Oversight – Ensure accurate vendor payments, manage cash flow forecasts, and optimize payment schedules.
📊 Financial Analysis & Reporting – Track spending trends, analyze vendor metrics, and prepare AP reports.
⚖ Process Optimization – Enhance contract lifecycle management, automation, and compliance.
📅 Month-End Close Support – Prepare AP aging reports, accruals, and expense forecasts.
What You Need
✔️ 5+ years in Finance or Procurement.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, or related field).
✔️ Expertise in Airbase, NetSuite, and AP automation tools.
✔️ Strong vendor evaluation, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
✔️ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
✔️ High attention to detail and metrics-driven decision-making.
✔️ Strong communication and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
Compensation & Benefits
💵 $80,000 – $115,000 base salary (NYC-based)
