Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with payer and employer clients, ensuring they maximize adoption of Fabric’s solutions. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and renewals through strategic advisory and proactive support.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with payer and employer clients.
💡 Strategic Advisory – Act as a trusted consultant for C-level executives, understanding their business needs.
📈 Growth & Expansion – Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and execute strategic account plans.
📊 Data-Driven Insights – Analyze client performance trends to optimize outcomes.
✅ Project Oversight – Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to contracts.
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to enhance service quality.
📅 Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) – Provide regular updates on key initiatives.
What You Need
✔️ 4-5 years in account management, customer success, or consulting.
✔️ 1-2 years of recent experience managing payer and employer healthcare accounts.
✔️ Proven success in digital transformation consulting within healthcare.
✔️ Strong knowledge of healthcare trends, challenges, and technologies.
✔️ Experience driving cross-sell/upsell growth within healthcare clients.
✔️ Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Critical thinking and analytical abilities to translate data into strategic insights.
✔️ Project management expertise, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
✔️ Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
✔️ Familiarity with health tech or EMR platforms is a plus.
