We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers, develop new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. You will be the key point of contact for our check programs, driving business growth through strong client relationships and strategic sales efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key business stakeholders.
- Identify new sales opportunities among existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Analyze key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales, annual forecasts).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Client Services, Marketing) to enhance the customer experience.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Sales, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Account Management or Sales.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (Excel proficiency preferred).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and business strategy.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
