Job Overview:
A leading beverage company is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales and execute strategic initiatives for Tier II key accounts. The role involves managing distribution, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key local accounts.
- Execute distribution and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
- Customize sales pitches and promotional schedules based on customer needs.
- Ensure merchandising aligns with company standards and drives visibility.
- Conduct business reviews and provide market insights.

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of sales experience in beverages, CPG, FMCG, or DSD operations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market data (IRI, Nielsen).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
