Tillman FiberCo is building a 100% fiber network to power the next generation of broadband services. As a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, we focus on digital infrastructure and are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

General Ledger & Financial Reporting

• Ensure accurate invoice posting to the general ledger and generate monthly expenditure reports & analysis.
• Assist with monthly accruals to ensure accurate expense recognition.
• Work with the Controller to set up, manage, and reconcile fixed assets.
• Prepare and support journal entries & account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting activities.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Review accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness; provide backup support as needed.
• Address vendor inquiries and oversee payment automation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate expense classification.

Expense Management & Compliance

• Monitor credit card & expense reimbursement systems, manage user access, and provide training.
• Generate and analyze monthly credit card & reimbursement reports.
• Support external audits with documentation and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements for a more efficient financial close.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Strong General Ledger (GL) background.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Industry experience preferred.
